To ECU wymaga adaptera BootLoader Tricore do wykonania operacji odblokowania OBD2 w pamięci EEPROM.
Po tej operacji, wykonanej w trybie rozruchowym, można ponownie zainstalować ECU w pojeździe, aby wykonać operację odczytu / zapisu przez OBD.

Bootloader adapter 14P600BTLR

Na tego rodzaju ECU można korzystać tylko z połączenia bezpośredniego. Rama metalowa nie jest dostępna.

Kabel 14P600KT02 for direct connection

1. Wyjmij ECU z pojazdu;
2. Open the ECU, taking care not to damage the parts on the inside;
3. Ponownie podłącz ECU do pojazdu i uruchom silnik, aby upewnić się, że nadal działa i nie został uszkodzony podczas otwierania;
4. Ponownie wyjmij ECU z pojazdu;
5. Connect the ECU on the bench following the instructions below;
6. Read the EEPROM selecting the corresponding item in the Tool:
   
   



7. Select the item Reading EEPROM in the following submenu:
   
   
   In this way you can obtain an EEPROM backup file, that allows you to restore the EEPROM to the original state selectin the item Write EEPROM in the same Tool menu.



8. After the EEPROM reading, you can select the Unlock ECU function.
   
   
   
   
9. Now you can reinstall the ECU on the car and go on with the usual read / write procedure in OBD mode.
   
   

ECU Connection for the bootmode unlocking procedure only.

1. Connect the ECU to the bootloader adapter;
2. Power up the bootloader adapter with a stabilized 12 V power supply;

4. Follow the instructions provided below.

1. Solder a wire joining the two pins Boot indicated in the picture above;
2. Solder a wire joining the two pins CNF1 indicated in the picture above;
